Cin Rental & Production was officially established in 2023 in Los Angeles, California. The company was created to provide professional cinema equipment rentals, production services, and creative support for filmmakers, content creators, production teams, podcasts, interviews, music videos, commercial shoots, and independent productions.
Founder & Owner
Shiva Khademi
Shiva Khademi is the founder and owner of Cin Rental LLC, a cinema equipment rental and content creation company serving filmmakers, creators, production teams, and businesses.
Her background is rooted in film from both the creative and technical sides of production. She studied film in Iran with a focus on editing, and later continued her education in the United States, graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Film and Media Studies.
Before founding Cin Rental, Shiva worked for seven years in Iran as an Editing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in post-production workflow, storytelling structure, visual rhythm, organization, and deadline-driven creative management.
Her experience also includes script supervision, production design, makeup design, directing, assistant directing, and writing. This range of experience allows her to understand production as a complete creative process where every detail matters.
Co-Founder
Faez Moradipour
Faez Moradipour is the Co-Founder of Cin Rental & Production and brings more than 32 years of experience in film and media production.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Film and Media Studies from Arizona State University (ASU), along with Certificates of Arts and General Science from Mesa Community College.
Throughout his career, Faez has worked as a camera operator, film editor, director, producer, and creative storyteller across a wide range of productions.
Faez is the recipient of the Best Script Writing Award from the Oniros New York Film Festival, has served as a judge for the Phoenix Film Festival, and works as a film critic on Letterboxd and Rotten Tomatoes.
Our Mission
Cin Rental was built from real production experience. Our goal is not simply to rent equipment, but to support productions with reliable cinema tools, organized service, and practical understanding of what filmmakers actually need on set.
Because our team has worked behind the camera, in post-production, and in creative leadership roles, we understand how the right gear, preparation, and support can affect time, quality, budget, and the final result.
